What if LeBlanc's E tether range/root lenght was determined by the range the chain traveled.

Let's assume that the tether range is equal to the range the chain traveled multiplied by 2, meaning that if LeBlanc dashes onto your face and throws her chain point blank from 80 range, its range before breaking is now only 160. Additionally it could also determine the root lenght but as a concept I really like the idea that the range traveled determines the strengh of the chain.

Getting hit by a max range chain should still be punished, as it's a fairly slow single target skillshot, but it greatly reduces the effectiveness of point blank chains.

Of course the root range would max. out, at 900 range for example, which is close to Ethereal Chain's current tether range.
