Me and my two buddies were trying to play just a norms for fun. 3 dodges and 48 minutes later we gave up and decided to do blind pick Our q times were 3 minutes, 10 minutes and 8 minutes. We gave up after that... Come on riot you guys are smarter than this

Just get a full team, it lowers the chances of someone leaving due to not getting their role. And also put's you in premades against other full teams, or at least a 4 person team.
