Gameplay improvement: Display pings once

A great option to add to the game would be to display pings once. Every game someone is spam pinging, and it is contagious and makes all the players start doing it. think of how clear the chat would look if it wasnt filling up spams. Especially useless ones like the death timer of a player who got caught warding and alive pings of another player who didnt do exactly what they wanted.

I know Riot already put a MUTE PINGS option which i am thankful for. But sometimes pings are spammed for non toxic reasons. Even i spam ping the on ny way when i roam or gank. It can still visually apear, and still make a sound (maybe quieter each rapid iteration) . Its just really annoying how players will spam ping to be the Loudest Voice on the team. A hundred dragon pings every 6 minutes of etc.

TL DR: Spam pinging should be disabled, but still display thier ping once.
