Is this balanced or OP guys? Because I'm not really sure myself. It does however seem a little frustrating to be a tank when someone Can buy both of these items to have up to 12% bonus Hp into each auto attack. Not including Champions that have %hp auto attacks in their kit. But Again, I'm not sure. I'm only gold. item 3153 item 1419

Razor do % max health physical damage and Blade of ruined king do current health % damage physical, so both get their number reduced by armor. Build armor , like thornmail , ninja tabi and frozen heart and then laugh.
