Soraka & Ekko
Delete these champions or ban them 100% of the time until Riot realizes their balance team is delusional.

Soraka? Not really. It takes a good Soraka to heal her allies and not die before the teamfight even begins. I've seen people do poorly on Soraka.
Ekko? Ban him until tank Ekko is no longer a thing. I mean, you can deal with a tank Ekko, but it's annoying if you want to play the match correctly, and if you don't he's just going to steamroll your team because you're going to die a lot. It's a cause for concern because he's doing a bit more damage when building tank than he should, imo.

Soraka only needs GW changes reverted (Which Riot is actually considering). Ekko has nerfs on the PBE that are ready to head to live. They're nerfing his bases harder and harder and upping his AP ratios.
