One big thing the ADC update did was destroy viability. Before, you could pick a wide range of ADC and still have a decent shot at carrying. Now it's a very small class of good ADC and then ADC that are just not good anymore.

Draven is a lot better now after 8.11.
IMO then 
right now. is definitely still viable, but he doesn't carry games the way he did a few patches ago.

no, it didnt for fucks sake. there is no statistical evidence that adc are invalidated.
just becuase a total of 3 to 4 non marksmen are viable on bot lane doesnt mean marksmen are bad. there are still 8 out of 10 marksmen that are top meta picks on bot lane atm.
