the new singed nerfs

so the Q nerf was I thought overall a good nerf and made his early game alittle harder. however that nerf was replaced by the fling nerf and the new ult nerf. with both of these nerfs will make his game overall much harder. singed is a early to mid game champ, not late game like a lot of people say he his. most singed mains like going ap and not going full tank, at the rate of these nerfs ap singed will be worse off and tank only singed might come back more. idk these nerfs seam a little much for a champ that was not op and not broken but balanced.
