Is Yasuo getting a re-work or a nerf?

I have heard many people say that either Yasuo is getting a re-work and others saying he is getting a nerf on his passive, so he has a weaker early game. Which is true, or is it undecided yet?

They're testing a slight power shift on the pbe where he has less early shield but more MR growth. Probably a very small net buff overall.

They do eventually want to give him some kind of mini-rework, but it's considered fairly low priority at the moment.

I mean, Yasuo has a large player base, so reworks would screw over Rito Games $$$ making, likely number adjustments and isn't he already kind of balanced? Like, statistics-wise?

Apparently his ban rate is to high in certain regions, thats why he might be getting a nerf/re-work

So far the experimental changes have been buffs. So neither lol. Thrb again he isnt a very good champ unkess yoyr team kets hun do what ge wants until 30 minutes. In which case thr game shoukd havr been about over.

They are testing buffs. Not nerfs or rework.
