Katarina or Yasuo : Which one is better in high ELO

I'm thinking on getting one of the 2 champions. I'm quite a low level.... so i have the time to master one of them.

I know its hard to master Yasuo and it has a high ban rate. OR

Katarina because her mobility is less conditional and her burst is better. Yas has higher sustained damage but kat can far more easily get in/out
