Just trying to bring to light the absolute oversight that allowed this to become a thing. Mana back on spammable q's that do aoe damage that scales with ap. AP Ezreal had a weakness. It was his inability to push the lane. That is now gone. Please for the love of god make the aoe and mana return only activate in the jungle or on champions. It's worse than playing against Teemo.

The mana return is only on monsters, and the AoE is supposed to be for any attack, not "lol you get a 100% worse in every way lichbane".

AP Ezreal is not a bad champion but he is crippled (or was crippled) by not being able to clear out waves without his ult. If I misunderstood the mana return I apologize perhaps it seemed like he never ran out because of mystic shots low mana cost. For the record I'm not butthurt because I lost to him, I'm butthurt that while playing Anivia I had to watch an Ezreal stay on par with my waveclearing abilities. Between luden's insane MS Ezreal's general kit and the aoe from runeglaive he is giving way too much output for his input. It takes absolutely zero skill to play AP Ezreal with Luden's and runeglaive.
