The constant disconnect

All right... I rarely have lag issues and rarely disconnect. However last night and today I have lost most of my games because I am continuously attempting to reconnect. I don't have this problem unless my internet is out, and it is not. Otherwise I would not be able to watch YouTube during the extremely long death timers. I know I am not the only one because I had a malz and lb have the same issue as me in the same game. What is going on?
