Transfer to LA?

I'm curious if anyone has tried out the Latin America servers. I'm thinking about transferring over due to the FAR better ping. I've been on 150-200 ping on the US server, EU was only slightly better, but the new LA servers are amazing. I played a couple of games last night at 14 ping, and I'm not even sure if I can go back to my normal 150-200 ping.

So as for my question. Is there any way to force the client to be in English?
