Support meta pondering

First Question So I noticed a lot of the "hooker" champions are not doing as well and I compared some of them. I was wondering why is thresh's winrate so low as compared to say people like leona, or blitz. and how often is nautilus played? I'm just wondering why has this hook champion dropped off the map.

Second Question Where are caster mages like zyra and brand going through? Brand has a cc and hard damage that feels more aggressive, while zyra is a bit shorter and meant to defend her adc through zoning. zyra feels strong, but what's with that 2 second delay on the ult? the delay is so long that most champions who aren't hit by a maxed e, chained cc, or confused by the chaos of a team fight have enough time to leave it.
