I find a lot of success with these champs in a lane against Yasuo. Most of them are easy to play (depends on Liss) and they are really effective. If you are one of those players who always hates laning against Yasuo, I suggest you pick one of these champs and have success with them.

Mordekaiser's a great yasuo counter as well. At ALL stages of the game

against him also, when he E's in you can vault off of him to create separation.
Early Tanks:
Champions who don't have big mana problems: 
Champions who have good wave clear: 
Sustain:
champions who can avoid him and scale into the late game: [all poke champions.]
just about every Bruiser.
Champions that can bully or zone him well at level 1: [all bruisers]

and then complain when he beats me??????????????? The Yasuo QQ threads are so annoying, he's not that hard to beat.
Realistically, you can pick any champ if you know what you're doing. But picking mages with CC that can't be blocked by windwall definitely makes it easier.
You can pick any doran ring mage to counter yasuo
Just freeze lane, focus on farming, harass him when you're near full mana but not use your full rotation unless you bait out wind wall and continue to zone him out of lane.
If they're bad they'll eventually die to it or reach mid game and become easier to deal with for your team.
Cho'gath crushes Yasuo with very little effort.
