I usually wait a couple 5-7 seconds if there I get a champ I don't like, and If you don't take the chance to offer me the trade then, well then too bad, sometimes I don't want the champ you have and would rather reroll than pick any of the other champs on the team

Could always say "gonna rr, anyone want?" as well. You shouldn't be getting flamed, but I honestly doubt it's that bad because it's pretty rare even in ARAM. From the lobby, anyway.
The only I hate it is when person declines the trade then re-rolls it. Just happened recently too.
