"He is just having a bad game give him a break"

Stupid ass excuse on Plat by a support trying to defend our jungler Jax that only ganked 1 time in the entire game and when we finally get even and both teams have 2 inhibitors jax just dives randomly into nexus turrets thinking his E can dodge turret shots, we indeed lost the game, believe it or not this happens in plat. at first when i saw many posts of people complaining about how Plat is ELO-HELL i was like "it can't be that bad is it?" but holy molly am i surprised, almost 100% of games are crush or be crushed, no balance at all. and i don't even know what's going on with turrets but they are made of paper, i go back to buy stuff and the enemy just destroys my turret easily.
