New runes

So after the new guidelines to getting a pbe account(honor 3+) i got one, and i tested out the new runes. I saw that you started with 2 changeable rune pages n the 5 set rune pages, my suggestion is can't the set rune pages be so that they are changeable outside of matches but rather than changing the entire rune page only the minor runes can be changed, not the trees and the keystone. This would help set the basic rune pages for peoples champion pools, like if a Mordekaiser main were up against an average match up, where he didn't need to have more mr, or more armor cuz otherwise he would get destroyed, and leave the changeable rune pages for utility when lets say Mordekaiser is banned and you have to go a completely meta champ that you don't play but it won't matter cuz he (Galio ) is broken.

The 5 pre-made pages are for people that are learning the game, making it so they don't have to deal with building a page themselves with stuff they don't understand yet which is why they are uneditable. Plus you can just change up the 2 pages really quick.

That's why Riot said they are going to make it so players can invis those 5 after it hits live for the players that only want to see their own made pages.
