Aatrox GA/Passive bug

So I played a couple of games of aatrox, and in some of those games i bought GA. When i had My passive stacked and had GA in the middle of my fight, and I would die, it would show the animation of aatrox passive but use GA CD, after reviving I would still have full bloodwell but when i died in the fight it wouldn't use my bloodwell passive and keep the passive available.
