Teemo's blinding dart and other similar abilities

Ok so this "thought" has been going through my head for quite some time and now it has been starting to pull at my brain. Does anyone think that teemo's Blinding Dart (Q) should become an enhanced AA? I know some of you would think that's silly since it has a secondary effect of causing blindness (soft CC) but literally everytime I see that animation compared to his standard AA it just looks like an enhanced version and not much more. If Riot did change it to a enhanced AA then I could see it being something along the lines of how Poppy's Q works by turning her physical damage into all magical damage or like Renekton's W which is somewhat an enhanced AA with CC ontop of it. Along with turning teemo's Q into an enhanced AA there is also the opportunity that on-hit effects would become a bit better on him, though not too sure how much that would affect his gameplay or builds. I don't personally play/own teemo because I hate the little bastard but I would like to hear opinions from the player-base on not only teemo's Q but the entire concept of enhanced AA's as a mechanic in the game.
