Yasuo "rework"
Yasuo's E and ult cannot critically strike and deal not even damage. Give E and R the ability to crit but E for 250% damage, 300 with IE, cuz it doesn't really even hurt and R only 175% like Q. Discuss

Q is a passive that empowers his next autoattack
So you removed his passive and have his shit critz. he only stomps if a booster or high elo smurf plays him. If an otp plays him in high elo, yes he stomps. He requires alot of skill. We have a name for people who think fiora and yasuo are brain-dead. We call them... well... bronze
Alright that's half a rework. Where are you going to cut power from? Are you trying to make him a caster?
As a Yasuo main... how about no?
