Riot can you Make Olaf Throw Axe without stop moving

That would make him even stickier than he is now, while making his ability to escape better, also that punishes him less for missing.

So remove/reduce the cast animation or cast time on Olafs Q. Pretty sure that would make it easier for him to stick to targets since his Q gets a significant Cooldown reduction if he picks it up.
