he has the early game and mid game and the late game cant be Slowed Bursted Stunned ( you need double cc with ((Enough damage)) to kill him ) Even if you buy item 3033 he is untargetable with spamming [Q] thank to his [Q] reset + item 3508

it's been proven with numbers that yi is played only when he's broken. Also, he's easy to kill once he gets cc'd. A good thresh can hit his q before yi gets in range for his own Q, and that's only one example. Also, if you play safe early and shut him down when he makes a mistake, you can put him behind a little. As long as he doesn't get kills and can't farm too well, you'll be fine.
