Why do I keep getting lvl 30s in norms :I

Listen with me being only 22 its kinda becoming annoying that my team keeps getting facerollypolly by level 30s in norm esp when I'm trying to play to the fullest but get matched up against silver/gold lvl 30s :I. Like I cant even keep up if I wanted to because power differences become to high esp if they have scaling runes :(. I know most would be like "huehue just get good huehuehue" but I know when Im being overpowered. What should I do it's not even becoming fun anymore. I cant learn as much as I want if I can't even be on the field without being exploded with op damage. Should I just stick with twisted tree lane to level?

Pre 30 games suck in league. The match making is not good whatsoever but its such a small aspect of the game i don't think it'll be fixed anytime soon. Best advice I can give is to grind to 30 so that you can start getting matched around people of your skill level. As for the maps I heard Arams are the best to grind for levels.
