only lategame, only if she kills someone, only if she builds cd. lux ult on lvl 3 with 40% cdr has exactly a 30 second cd otherwise it is at 50 so she can have a 25 second to a 15 second cd IF she kills someone

Every lux gets at least 30%, no?

I'm interested to see what will happen. I really think it will be a pretty strong buff considering the fact that late game, any kill she gets will mean huge tempo

come late game where almost everything is a teamfight, her ult would already be up by the time people respawn anyways

the only way this will help is if she gets a pick after a fight, but most people getting picked in the late game are going to die anyways

yep, lategame you really dont notice the difference all that much, the only time where you notice the difference is at lvl 11 where the midgame Begins thats really the only time where you really notice your cooldowns and are like "huh? up already? might aswell R" lategame 30 seconds and 15 seconds make no difference at all when the respawn timer is over 1 minute for whoever poor soul dies
