Can we get a 1v1 gamemode like the all star tournament has?

We used to. It was in 2013, and it was called Snowdown Showdown. But for some reason, Riot decided to make a slightly modified ARAM to be the Winter one two years in a row.
But then all those "1v1 me noob" kids from soloqueue won't have an empty threat to fall back on anymore.
Just want to open a post saying the exactly same thing. Riot plz.
