I mean every champion has a counter pick, that's the risk of being first picked, if you hate being counter picked so often than just request whoever is last pick to trade with you, most the time they will be more than happy to say yes if you own the champ they want, especially if they are on a none carry role like support or jungle.

Plus another point I would like to make is that if you are truley a "Azir main" than you should be practicing your bad match ups the most, you should be asking your assassin main friends to practice with you in one v ones so you know what to do and how to behave. For example I use to HATE katarina, I use to see her as "insta lose lane" So what I did is I asked my friend who did main katarina to constantly one v one against me. Eventually I got use to it, very good at it even and I now nick name myself "the katarina Killer"

The fact you are this uncomfortable against Ad assassin mid laners is souly your fault from your lack of preparation, good mains don't care for counter match ups for they have the experience to tough it out.
