My 2 week ban + "unstable account" is completely undeserved

THE VIDEO EXPLAINS THIS IN MORE DETAIL ________________________----

I'm Misha Eats Ass.

I'm a challenger/gm player that got a 2 week ban last night for " hurting the competitive integrity of your teammate's matches ". The ban is completely ridiculous, and I believe the riot employee had not looked deep enough into the situation to properly review the report. Disregarding the fact that he over exaggerated stating there were "matches" when the case was literally based off of one game anyways - here's a video I made explaining why the ban is not deserved.

Here are the facts:

I haven't been punished by the system in over 2 years (not even chat restrict)

I was almost honour level 5, which means I was getting lots of honours so far this season

I intentionally fed one death, and the rest of my deaths were misplays/me not sweating out to try my hardest. As you'll see, I point out 2 other players making the EXACT same level of mistakes (not regarding my int), and the types of plays that happen are plays that happen in almost EVERY single masters+ game, so me " hurting the competitive integrity of your teammate's matches " is nonsense.

I basically received a 2 week ban over 1 death where I ran it down, and it was only because I typed something in all chat. The enemy janna and yassuo end up making the exxxxxact same level of stupid play (again, this type of play is super common in higher elo). So to reiterate, I was banned for TYPING in all chat something that could be considered connected to my death, and the Riot employee deemed that I was " hurting the competitive integrity of your teammate's matches". I explain in the video why this is ridiculous

In fact, the Riot support person says I made 2 plays which they deemed were" not poor decision making but rather a behavior to grief your teammates."

Both of those plays I end up reviewing the video, and neither of them are a behaviour to grief my team.. both of the plays are ALSO not poor decisions. One was literally a 1 for 1 (where the enemy team had to retreat! The play was legit fine!!?), and with the other, there was no risk of me dying so I end up just dishing out some damage to the enemy Janna.

Although I do feel I deserve some punishment, I do not agree at all with an instant 2 week ban at all. This was a quick ban that a single Riot employee thought I deserved, and I feel like this is an abuse of his powers. I'd also like higher elo to be rid of troll things like people running it down mid, and toxicity in team/all chat, but this ban is egregious. If you check the chat logs from the game, you will see that I was being super positive as I usually am, before the 1 death! The plays I was making are average masters+ plays, and my history with ToS 2 years PRIOR to the game show that I am a well behaved player - and even regarding the specific game at hand, I was being super positive for the first 19minutes of the game to my teammates trying to tell them to keep trying and that we can win so they shouldn't flame.

I'm still in disbelief that I was banned, and was initially so lost that I thought I was banned for wintrading when he said "hurting the competitive integrity of your teammate's matches", so I got excited because I knew I could prove I wasn't wintrading...

Anyways please give me your opinion, as I'd like either

Please review this case. Check the video, I give some biased opinions but all of the information connected to this case is in the video. All of it, including a VOD from the enemy player Yassuo because the game VOD was unavailable after a new patch was released.

My opinion? I don't want to listen to you talk for FORTY-EIGHT MINUTES about why you feel you deserve special treatment.

I intentionally fed one death

That's still intentionally feeding. You are allowed to intentionally feed ZERO deaths. Think about how you want this to go once your punishment is up, because you're going to lose your account if you int again.

I intentionally fed one death

Enough said. You inted a death, which is really all it takes for an intentional feeding ban. You got a 14 day because that is the first step for said infraction.

Intentionally feeding (of any quantity) is a zero tolerance offense, subject to an immediate 14-day ban when identified. Whether it's 1 death or 100, it's punishable. So yes, this is the expected outcome here.

There is no middle ground of how much intentional feeding you're allowed to do. The system may not catch all intentional feeders, but any amount of intentional feeding is against the rules. As a challenger/gm player you know that intentional feeding is against the rules, so what point would a warning serve? You already knew not to do that before you intentionally feed.

Doing just a little intentional feeding nets you the same punishment. The first game-related form of punishment is 14-day ban.

As a consistent viewer of Misha's he always tries his hardest to win games, even the games where I think -from an analytical POV- are impossible to win; he refuses to give up on. He's not the type to flame or blame his team either or else I would have unfollowed him a long time ago. The only person he is hard on is himself, if he says he intentionally fed 1 kill over it's because he was caught in a situation where he knew he was going to die whether he ran or committed to getting off dmg before that death. Which has more 'competitive integrity' than AFKing under tower and waiting to be 3 man dived.

TBH, I'm more worried about the 'mental integrity' of some of the commenters in here thinking that Riot has never made a mistake and that everyone who tries to appeal a ban are hiding something else? Like they aren't even going to consider the fact that a disgruntled player or embittered employee is abusing their quote on quote power to justify a ban over some lossed LP as if it has a monetary value.

Maybe if this thread gets enough attention a Rioter will show up on here and shed some light on this issue, and expose or make things transparent (they like to use that word a lot, but rarely display it) instead of stalling on a support ticket. But what is probably going to happen is they'll end up spinning this to "inappropriate name" to save face.
