Support Love via Numbers

So I've become a support main over the last year and I have to say I feel underappreciated. While there are countless aspects to that and no golden key I believe there's an easy start:

Adding "Damage Shielded" to the post-game stats.

I just got done playing Janna with on point shields all game and some decent saves. I go to look at what numbers I can see to support this and.. nothing. Just healing which only comes from my ult, so it doesn't even compare to lifestealer's healing. Maybe we can show more appreciation for the more difficult shields which require prediction and insight whereas heals are reactionary [and this is coming from a Sona main].
