Modl Ryden l1 votesPeople considered him weak as an ADC last season due to his low range. His basic attacks are ranged at 500 units along with Sivir.
Meta or strong champs like Cait, Trist, and Kog have ranges that can boast past 600+. Which may seem small but it makes the world of a difference in teamfights and laning.
As far as your match history and builds go. People tend to build CDR attack speed on him. And usually go 
for 30% CDR and mana refunds since recently they nerfed his Q by increasing his rank 5 mana cost from 70 to 90. If you go this route I can guarantee you that you'll have a LOT of fun spamming his E and Q like a pro.
I would never recommend 
for the fact that it will never proc unless you have been unseen and can dispose of the enhanced auto with 5 seconds of being spotted. Lucian plays as a kiting marksman, not an assassin using burst.
