Azir nerfed again?

Anybody else think that Azir is getting a ton of nerfs in a row? I loved playing Azir and I didn't even play him when people said he was OP, but now it is just super hard to get the advantage in any fight it seems unless they mess up really bad in one area. I kinda just wanna see him able to counter someone or even just able to sustain himself in fights better, because almost every Azir I see, and even myself, it just seems impossible at a certain point in the game to keep playing unless you're fed. If you get fed you're fine, but they're making that harder to do every patch.
