Honor Level???

Does anyone realize that nobody has gone up in honor level, at least from what I have seen there have been no loading screen flairs or anything. There isn't an Honor XP bar or something like that to check on it, and it kinda just seems a little obsolete and all... We all saw that huge loading screen flair up with the cool colors and all, so where are they??

I'm not tilted so much as just disappointed, there was this big update and all and no profit from it. Thoughts? Comments? Has someone actually hit HL 3 and I just don't know it?

TL;DR: Where are the honor levels? All I see is level 2, plz fix
