hi.i saw the changes on pbe,and i believe they will completely brake anivia.hlf her e's will be without the chilling effect which will make her hopeless.i know she has good win rate right now but thats because she can single handedly postpone games and get them out of snowball stage.

good win rate doesnt always mean that a champion is op.it might mean that it fits somewhat the meta aswell.anivia is not your usuall hypercarry that can outduel anyone (yi,vayne,yasuo)or the unkillable tank that can 1v3 easily(cinderhulk sejuani etc) and she does not pose such threat to the game.if those changes go live they will make her unfun imo because they will reduce the possibilities of using e with double dmg.

no, she just needs changes. my guess is she did rise in winrate recently?

probably due to the attack speed slow on her ult. its the same reason rammus saw a rise in winrate. they broke marksmen by buffing them to stupid levels. the game is now entirely focused around killing them to win, so their counters are seing a rise in winrate aswell.

the appropriate respone would be to nerf marksmen and not their counters.

She needs a nerf however i do not think they are going about it the right way. Her combo will be nearly impossible to land now.
