With the upcoming nerfs to both ER and his ult Lucian stands to be put back on the bottom. Lucian's ult nerfs but him right back to where he was before. The item changes as well will indirectly nerf him too. I really want to know how Riot plans on keeping him relevant if he is about to lose everything that made him playable this patch. It could be time to just rework him in full if a fair balance can't be achieved through items.

You do understand that also nerfing his items stands to send him right back into the gutter. How is that fair? Luc has been the worst Adc for so long and now that he is good again people over react. What happens when 
gets nerfed too? Lucian will have nothing. These upcoming nerfs already delete all the minor buffs he got along with every other adc. You don't see any other Adc getting this treatment. So why Lucian?
