Fix 3v3 match making please

For years 3s match making has not been good when playing solo. For example, me diamond 3s player Queue up for a solo 3s rank game. The odds of getting someone near diamond in rank 3s is low and instead i get a bronze, silver or gold as my other 2 team mates. People who dont play rank 3s or just play it for fun. I would rather wait longer to get teammates that are diamond or AT LEAST PLATINUM in 3s rather then bronze and silvers. Its not fair and very unbalance match making. A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO PLAY 3S ALSO AGREE.
