Why does the game intentionally want me to lose after I promote?

I can not get a decent team after I promoted. Yeah I get we have bad games but I'm consistently getting the worst players ever. The game shows me a good player playing a certain champion on the other team who absolutely stomps us, then the game has the great idea to have someone play that champion on my team but they feed out of their mind. I also demoted finally because I knew there was no way I was winning any more games. Once I'm on a losing streak for demotion Riot is on a mission that I lose every game right after. I get ahead and my top laner thinks it's funny to feed their lane.

Rubberbanding wins/pre destined losses I feel on some of my games.

If your MMR pulls ahead of where it's supposed to be, you get harder and harder to carry teams.

If you keep carrying them no matter whether they int or not (smurf scenario) you start skipping leagues.

If it reaches a point where you can't carry them anymore, well, system now wil try to get you back to 50% winrate. I once had a 6 losses winrate right after hitting gold 1 on a heavy win streak where my kda was like 10/2 8/3 etc on every of those games. I was just unable to carry against a 20/1 syndra or 14/5 yasuo while playing adc. System made sure i went back to gold 2 lol.
