am I unlucky or what

So when I did placements I was placed in bronze 3 and I went all the way down to bronze 5. But then I wanted to climb so I went from bronze 3 to gold 4 easily only took me like a month every few games I would have a bad teammate. But now I'm at silver 4 and I'm getting bad teammates constantly am I just unlucky or what? Does riot want me to go back to bronze?? Or am I just in the elo where all the boosted people are I don't get it I just want gold back before end season.

People don't boost to Silver, just like they don't boost to Plat, it's gold or diamond boosting only. Anything else wouldn't get rewards that are worth anything at all.
