Why not rework the most basic adc!!

Rework Cait.. She is far weaker then mast adc's that play today... Vaynes poison tipped arrows and kalista arrow crush.. You have to find away to let her q stack or give her passives on her traps that boost her ad!! There has to be something to help with the massive separation in play.. While range does counter abilities if caits gap is closed there is an easy kill waiting. Need to rework a basic easy champ into something that is fun to play again!! Plz and Thanks Riot!!

Cait is trash tier. She is the second most vulnerable ADC to assassins and has no reliable DPS steroids. She is the ADC lane bully and doesn't do shit after that.

With her latest buff, Cait is in a good spot. She has a strong laning phase, a meh mid game, and a strong late game.

oh man yup cait should totally get buffed i just used her and only got a quadra like really only a quadra im 10/0 i should be getting my penta!

sarcasm aside cait has a solid kit with a dodge/escape that also can be a slow her traps that root and provide vision and her ult that only smart teamates will block and fizz vlad and yi can dodge otherwise will always hit not to mention her poke that negates the hide behind minions idea and her passive thats basicly a free crit oh and plus she has the highest base range in the game caits in a good spot

I just dont get why cait piltover is like, a smaller eange then baruses arrow shoot move. she has a bloody sniper pete's sake.

If she get more damage, she lose her range. It's simple as that :D But it wouldn't fit her lore / design.
