New Super duper OP item after new runes

With the addition of the new runes, this item got 10 times better. Can you guess which OwO? Previousley i would only buy Frost Queens Claim as my second item, if i got first blood and ONLY. If i got first blood. But with the removal of 8 magic pen runes and new runes giving more sustain in lane + some sweet extra base HP. You shouldn't be able to solo kill your lane opponent pre-6, in ANY games. Unless one of you are being completely retarded. And if you go inspiration runes and go debt, you'll almost allways have enough gold to buy it on your first recall. Dorans Ring: Some unneeded health and useless mana regeneration, when you can pick mana rune. Spellthief's Edge: 13 Base damage, some AP and extra gold to buy powerspike items faster. True that the item goes on cd when you kill minions, but that doesn't change a thing for me, since im just farming up for Frost Queens Claim. Frost Queens Claim doesn't go on cd when you kill a minion and after you've done the quest after hitting an enemy champion or structure you get bonues movement speed and you also have a slow as active. It's pretty much a better luden's echo for 2200 gold. i actually climbed from silver 2 to plat 2 in 2 weeks after trolling in a game with it and then realised it was fucking broken ?XD and obviousley there are some champions it works better with and some champions it doesn't
