Nerf lifesteal on ranged champions
if you're gonna gut every mage in the game you might as well gut lifesteal on adcs before you see adcs top and mid [draven-pose] make deaths dance melee only*

ADC isn't the problem. The problem are the supports who make them feel like a problem. They give ADCs too much gold in stats and utility for what they do (Did you know there's a support with a point and click silence AND disarm in this game?). Even after losing Locket to tanks, that doesn't really matter when the tanks just build it and provide the shielding from it instead, that just opens up another item slot for the supports
