Riot nerfed it down to 10% from 20%. Just something I noticed that wasn't documented in the patch notes.

(note, the tooltip always said 10% AP and 20% AD, but the in game value has always been 20% AP and 10% AD)

The tooltip on the summoner rift scoreboard was incorrectly displaying the potential damage because its ratios were backwards. But it was dealing the intended 10% AP and 20% AD.
