Need help with top lane champ pool

Alright so rather then bitch about the burst meta... Im just going to swap up my champ pool and play Tanks, I know i know, its not meta...but im so bad even a mcdonalds asked me if i wantted a charity case happy meal....and gave me no toy. I would love to Play champions that dont get 1 shot faster then a bowl in cali.

I have been playing Malphite and Dr. Mundo... I would like suggestions on a 3rd and 4th to learn, just incase im banned out on all my picks. But Also something that does not become a strugglebus simply for the fact they get poked out of lane 1 time.

If you're looking for tanks, Sion's generally a good one all-around.

However, if you're fine with juggernauts, I recommend Nasus, since he's basically never bad below gold. Kled is fun as hell too (just..Ban Jax), and Morde's also pretty fun now.

no one plays him but Shen can be a massive help to a good team and basically win teamfights from across the map, he has no mana and you can also build him pseudo bruiser-y if you really want with like Wit's End / Titanic Hydra / Frozen Mallet.

Chogath is also pretty absurd just because you can build near full AP and still be unbelievably tanky if you manage your stacks well and grab health/ap items like liandrys / rod of ages and rylais.

If you are looking for something a little on the cheeky/trolly side you could roll with Singed and for runes take Apex Predator, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, the out of combat MS takedown rune and run Ghost/Teleport for some really stupid speed plays.

Ornn you have tonnes of CC even excluding ult, max hp damage to deter enemy trades and with his masterworks you can actually build a good MR item item 3379 and bruisers can't really deal with you unless someone like fiora or morde, maybe darius but that would probably require you having to try and kill him or staying in an all in. Only thing you might have to worry about is ranged champs but thats most toplane champs weaknesses.

Chogath is also a good choice, have means of farming from range, decent disruption and damage and hard to kill.

Skarner max ur cdr asap while building tanky. show up to teamfights and lock down anyone who jumps on ur carry. or try and land an E/flash and go for a pick. fun and quite hard to kill

Ornn and Maokai are really forgiving even behind. Ornn passive item can help ur own teammate and mao'kai CC are really good even behind plus his sustain can help him a bit on lane.
