Either buy some MR, preferably a Banshee's Veil, and watch her unable to do enough burst to be useful, or keep a timer on her flash and when it is up play around it (if Annie has her stun up and is waddling towards you maybe GTFO instead of staring at her).

Maybe don't stand right next to a wall with an MIA AoE burst champion and no wards. Should we also complain about Fiddlesticks then, who has a built in flash with his wall hop burst?

Ive seen. More outplay against annie than believable. Flash tibbers is not so guaranteed.

Annie should be destroyed in lane to where she is useless. She can flash tibs all she wants after dieing 5 times in lane before 6. Easiest champ to play against

Let me give you a serious response even though you probably won't take my advice. Annie is only useful with her flash, do you actually take advantage of it when it's down? Have you tried not group together? Have you tried asking your support to get Aegis? These are things you can do to not die to Annie.

Get a Banshee's, QSS, Cleanse, or even a Spirit Visage and she shouldn't just instakill you. Or if you don't have anything like that, then you'll just have to get zoned by her flash tibbers range. And if she can sneak up on you, you need more wards or you can't go to any parts of the map where she likely is if you don't have any of the aforementioned things.

Really it's not that bad and someone like Yasuo can zone you out of a far bigger area than Annie can in this regard.
