LeaverBuster Revision Ideas

I think there should be a revision to this system, so that people who absolutely need to go can do so if the team is ok with it, at least in norms. I was in a game recently, where my files got corrupted, and by the time I was done repairing the game was 16 minutes in. I had 2 friends in the game who explained to the rest of the team what happened, and they were completely fine with it. I am almost positive that they didn't report me, however even though we won the game, I got low priority queues because I was AFK for 16 minutes. Here are my proposed revisions to the LeaverBuster system:

1: If the team you are on does not report you, and/or you win the game, you should not receive a LeaverBuster punishment for being AFK.

2: If you can successfully send a copy of your logs to Riot that can prove your files were corrupted, and not directly your fault, they should tell you why the problem was caused. They then should remove your LeaverBuster infraction. If this happens too many times, (say, 3 times) or you don't fix the original problem, then you may be liable to retain your LeaverBuster punishment.

This is not a rant. If it seems that way, please let me know why you think so. I think this would be a life-saving revision for all players, because we all have had to leave a game for some reason or another at some point.
