Nerf Renekton please and restore the old Heimerdinger

Top lane is literally unplayable if you have to be laning certain champs (tryndamere, quinn, renekton), the first 2 you can least deal with if you get to mid-late game. However if you are ever unfortunate to have to face a renekton...with literally most top laners, you are guarenteed to lose lane, for startes, his q gives him way too much sustainability, the e gives him too much of a gap closer, even without minions, and lets not even mention the stun. Yes we all know that if he has a rage bar more than 50% his abilities get empowered, but the tips that riot give to stop hi, from building rage isnt really helpful. most top laners are cqc champs whch means literally having to run up on a renekton and having 3/4 of your health disappear in 2-3 seconds with one combo. at level 3 he's virtually untouchable and can literally tower dive you, tank 5 tower shots and not die. Lets not even mention when he gets ult, there's lietrally nothing you can do. So dear Riot developers, if you so happen to read this message, please do something about renekton. If i may borrow the word of trump, "Make top lane great again".

Now my second concern is that the Heimerdinger update lat year has resulted in low amount of gameplay for him. ITs way too esy to tower dive donger and literally get away with it. Anyone with blinks, dashes can waltz in and kill the donger, and his turrets cant do anything. Before the update that was impossible as the backlash you would receive from the turrets would at least ensure a kill. Now, you ca have 3 turrets close together, plus upgraded turret from ult, and still champs would dive and get the kill and nothing comes out of it. Perfect reference would be to Xin. Now Xin's ult literally makes the donger's turrets useless, whether you are in his ult range or not. Like literally the donger is getting really pushed to the back burner. So please Riot, if possible can we have the old donger back or a buff to his kit so at least he can feel safe. Thanks.
