@Riot Yasuo Changes in 5.8

Aren't good for Yasuo. The shield size buff is a small increase to his late game strength, which is where he starts to fall off anyway, and the flow generation nerf is a hit to his already absolutely garbage tier early game. "B-b-but he can block 40 more damage! OP!!1!1!!" No, that's not how that works. His shield only lasts 1 second, so a 44 damage auto attack can get rid of it (which is how most people deal with his shield in lane anyway), so the strength change is essentially meaningless early game. What fucks him over is that now it takes quite a bit longer to bring the shield back up. He's already squishy as hell, weakening one of the things that helps him survive his garbage early game (which is the only way he can have relevance mid game) is kinda ridiculous. What makes it worse is that the flow generation nerf was never even on PBE, they're putting it on live without any real testing. Why? None of this makes any sense. These changes put him in an even worse spot than he is now.

Yasuo fall off late game? You sure? He is a monster late game... I gave the shield buff a go on PBE felt the same not sure if that was with the starting 78%. Let's just see how it turns out first. Means you can be alittle more aggressive if you see someone looking to pop you shield for free.
