Is Sona's ult bugged?

I just played a game against her and I'm pretty sure when she ulted no one stopped moving, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else noticed?

Crescendo has got to be the buggiest skill in the entire game, so it's very possible.

I played last night against a sona and she was a BEAST at her ult, I didn't notice the glitch you mentioned
