I haven't seen him lose a match up in days. Every time hes in a game he wins. He needs a nerf. Badly. He needs a resource. The fact that he gets a good built in shield. A wall that blocks more than 50% of anything that can hit him in either direction and Has no CD on his E makes him insanely broken. He needs a nerf. I don't even want to hear someone say "Then why don't you play him?" Cause fuck you thats why. A champ shouldn't have that much fucking utility.
He is very prone to ganks.
I palyed against 2 top yasuos in the last 2 days and they destroyed both games.

all consistently perform well because of kit design against yasuo.
I agree with you that he needs a nerf BUT only to his windwall (only late game nerf). That thing is pretty broken. Other than that he is a good champ to play agaisnt and it is interesting to play against him. And if you never see a yasuo go top lane he will usually get destroyed. (To this day ive probably seen 5 out of 70 yasuo's who go top win lane or even win a damn game.
He doesn't really need any nerfs. He gets shit on really easily atm. Just watch your wave and see where he will try to go using your wave. Just work on your self man. Its not so much as the yasuo but more of you. Not talking shit here but just try to learn from your games against him. Record your games and watch them. See what you could have done differently. Low elo yasuo's play very aggressive and dont know where their E will take them. You can abuse this pretty well once you get it down.

Maybe you're just running into really good Yasuo players, Yes he has a great build and a great shield but a lot of people honestly misuse Windwall or they just ult on any knock up because they think they're Arkadata or Trinimmortal or some shit
But yes Yasuo is strong but he's stronger in the right hands. Just like a Vayne or a Zed He only has a 50.3% win rate and about a 9.85% playrate There's champions FAR more deserving of a nerf then Yasuo
Go watch a silver or bronze 
. I main him at that shit always makes me want to kms it's just awful.
Also here are some good picks against him 
( pre level 6 kinda bad but after you can 1 shot him),
(unless they are very good at him they won't be able to windwall your Q), 
( if he dashes onto you just dash away than go back in within 6 seconds because he wont be able to dash onto you)
