22 crates and not 1 single gemstone. Why does EVERY SINGLE GAME have to rig this idea so much to where they have such low 0.01% drop rate bologna and make you spend money to get something thats actually good.

... Riot doesnt OWE you a skin, ever, at all. They can make it however they want to give it out. No one promised you that if you bought a bunch of crates that you were guaranteed Hextech Annie, it was just a possibility.

Its a skin and when you're efficient in design and programming, making these skins takes no effort and there will always be someone buying the skins no matter how bad or good they are.
