Petition to change Jarvan's ult
To give a grounded effect 'cause Impassable terrain.
If it proves to be too strong, just nerf the dmg his ult does

Hmm lower the damage somewhat so it has a grounded effect. I like this idea, AD jarvin would be nerfed(considering he was buffed with his ulti FINALLY doing damage to ALL targets hit) and bruiser jarvin would be buffed. Win/Win for me.
I'd rather his wall fixed to actually be impassible... like some champions seem to ignore.
