What makes Riot so worth to make a rework in there own view ?

why do you have to rework champions only on your view ? You think that your more experienced than us? most likely no. You make we play we know the champions more than you wants so good about your reworks?it doesn't matter if it's good or not in your view because your not the one playing the game.do you know that more than 70% of the people I met and they were from other servers like taiwan NA EU and Korea.said that the rework team is so stupid and foolish.for example Kassadin and talon wtf was that retarded rework team doing taking the silence out of talon and making kassadin's R pure trash still when it was nerfed from the rework.no use them because of you loser don't know the meaning of balance and personally I awfully hate you guys for nerfing hecarim's jungle damage and sustain what's wrong with you.there is way more good junglers now and you guys still keep him like this for fun. Don't you ever care about us.
